East Slopes North Project

Daybreak has acquired a 25% working interest in a 14,100 acre Seismic Option area under lease. The acreage is immediately north of our East Slopes Project area in Kern County California. Part of the seismic option area adjoins the prolific oil producing Jasmin Field. We will be exploring for the Vedder sands on this acreage block. We plan to shoot a 3-D seismic survey in 2011.
