Daybreak participated with a 12.5% working interest in the drilling of the KSU # 59 well in the Krotz Springs Field in Louisiana, in the spring of 2007. The well was brought into production in May, 2007.
Our NRI (net revenue interest) is 9.125%. Production is
primarily gas from the Second Cockfield Sand reservoir.
Well logs indicated a second potential productive zone up hole from the
current producing zone. Daybreak intends to Farmout its interest.
